Name: Otegine Canon: Touken Ranbu
Plans: I died REALLY hard in December right before the dance went live as my job very abruptly decided to make me work 60+ hour weeks every week until recently.... rip......... I'm going to be getting back to some very old threads and backtagging some stuff that I've messaged a couple people about and slipping late onto some dance event toplevels, but for the most part please feel free to drop or contact me about handwaving anything that wasn't started for a bingo square!
This month is just for catchup and to strengthen some CR in lieu of my untimely death last month, other than that I don't have much solid outside of one particular thing... please see below for that.
Seeking: Literally anything but definitely sparring partners, this guy is a weapon and he needs to stay sharp, wink wonk. We need fight club or we're gonna just end up with more dead bodies that aren't Owen. Mostly, though, I just need a little help as I get my feet back under me and get involved again. Offering: BINGO, both smut and non smut I'm down for OOCly so please hmu, Otegine is sweet but stupid. He's gonna be excited for rice and not excited for Hot or Not, and he's going to be poking around more people's properties this season. Otegine does not do well in the high heat due to some backstory stuff (sometimes you're a weapon that died in a fire and the summer heat just makes your mind go places) so I will have something on his toplevel if people want some lore and some more serious discussion, this is the easiest time to get it.
So their shared bingo slots are: • Would you rather... • Truth or Dare • Wine and paint • Weekend getaway
Their sorta-overlapping bingo slots are: • Share a meal (Otegine) / Spoon feeding (Mishka) • Campfire (Otegine) / Camping (Mishka) (MISHKA IS AFRAID OF FIRE THO so this could either be interesting or funny, but probably not conventional)
And of course, we can do others as well! Mishka does have french kiss on his bingo, but tbh we could incorporate kissing or w/e else into any thread. Mishka is both open and pretty shameless!
Would you rather paired with something else could be fun while they're getting to know one another!
Also hilariously Otegine also does not like fire, really we need a fire haters club at this point... but it's less a phobia and more he got stuck in a bomb-related fire and melted to death. :'V sometimes fire is bad. But we could definitely make a thread out of that if you wanted to nail the camping one. Don't worry, otegine knows how to make a campfire, thank god.
Would you rather certainly seems fun! Did you want to work that into their current thread or drop that into a new one?
AND YES the camp/fire sounds fun, they can have a slightly fun chat about fire while Mishka asks Ote to do his smores for him (jk) (maybe not jk). Mishka would normally go up like a match in fire, and by nature of his weird curse he's just not a fan of it. Alas, he prefers warmth to cold, so it's a bit of a tradeoff. He'd be pretty happy to meet a fellow anti fire guy, even if Ote's reasons for disliking it are far more brutal than his lol
Considering their current thread is part of hot or not which, lmao oh no thats all public, a new thread might work better! Mishka's already asked him over for help anyway so we can just assume they wrap up the night to nail some bingo stuff out in the Wilderness
