Please fill out the following ICly and submit it below by January 20th at 12pm EST. If your character would not voluntarily submit themselves but you'd still like to have them participate, assume the all-knowing Goddess filled it out for them. Put your character's name or the name of the person they're signing up in the subject line.

Remember that this is an anonymous auction while filling out your character's application. Their applications will be visible to everyone participating in the auction.
