Please fill out the following application and submit it here. Only one player per pairing needs to submit an application, so please coordinate with your partner(s) to work out the details of your Sacred Unity.
Sacred Unity applications are due by March 10th. All applications submitted are
screened by default so that your plans may remain a secret if you so choose. Otherwise, feel free to discuss your plans or ask us to unscreen your comment so others may look at it.
Participants: List your character and their partner(s).
Wedding or engagement?: Are your characters getting formally married or are they engaging with the intention of marrying at a later date? Remember that only those who are getting married may leave the island.
Attendees: Who will be attending your Sacred Unity? List which characters have been invited to attend or put everyone if your Sacred Unity is open for everyone on the island to attend.
Date and time preference: Do you have a preference for what date (ICly) your Sacred Unity takes place? Choose a date between Winter 16th and Winter 29th. Please list two alternative dates in case your first pick has already been taken. Additionally, specify what time you want your Sacred Unity to occur.
Location: Where is your Sacred Unity taking place? Your options for venue are the beach, town square, flowering meadow, and the forest.
Theming: Does your characters' Sacred Unity have a theme? Describe it here in no more than 3 sentences.
Attire: What will your character and their partner(s) be wearing? Feel free to describe whatever dresses, tuxedos, etc. will be worn by your characters or link images if you prefer. If describing their attire, please do so in no more than 3 sentences.
Additionally, if your Sacred Unity has a dress code, tell or show us what your attendees will be wearing.
Cake: Will your characters have a wedding or engagement cake at their Sacred Unity? Specify a flavor, describe it on more than three sentences, and/or link images if you like.
Flower: It is customary to select a type of flower to symbolize your union to your partner(s). Please select one flower to serve as the symbol of your partnership. This may be any flower of your choosing including one unique to a character's home world.
Other considerations such as best man/woman, bridesmaids, food served, etc. may be made privately between you and your partner(s) and does not need to be specified on this form. A mod will be in contact with you to approve your application and arrange a date for your Sacred Unity to occur.
