Personality:
Cyno is known as a very dutiful and dedicated person who doesn't compromise when it comes to following the law; often described as intimidating and ruthless, he won't back down from bringing a scholar who's strayed off the right path to justice. His reputation as an unapproachable matra makes it very difficult to make new connections, so he usually tries to lighten the atmosphere with terrible jokes which most of the time makes the situation even more awkward. While he might seem to be distant and harsh, he deeply cares about the people he's close to. Outside of his duties, Cyno is fairly relaxed and he greatly enjoys Genius Invokation TCG.

Powers: Cyno possesses an Electro Vision which allows him to infuse his attacks with electricity. On top of that, he can call upon a divine spirit to indwell him and grant him even more sweet electro DPS.
