Personality:
He Xuan is a cold man that is goal-oriented and antisocial. As a result, he doesn't even bother entertaining much company, if at all...in normal circumstances. He also does not suffer fools lightly, and has little interest in hollow interactions. But, now he is at a point in his life where all that remains is an emptiness that he's looking to fill.
He's also someone with a bottomless stomach, and feeding him is perhaps one of the easier ways to get in his good graces.
CRAU: N/A
Powers:
Clones: He Xuan can make numerous versions of himself, able to perform various activities, and such; all under his command.
Immortality: He Xuan is immortal in the sense he does not age, and he is particularly difficult to kill lest someone gets a hold of his ashes and ensures their destruction. Even if his 'physical' form gets damaged, it will eventually come back or regenerate if his ashes aren't disposed of. Of course, this doesn't mean he doesn't experience pain, because he absolutely does.
Martial arts skill: He knows how to fight hand to hand and with other weapons if necessary. Hell, he can even beat someone half to death with chains if he has to.
Water manipulation: He Xuan has the ability to manipulate water to varying and rather skillful degrees; think even moreso beyond someone with a Hydro Vision can do. He is even capable of freezing it.
Disguise/Shapeshifting: He Xuan can change his appearance/voice/gender without breaking much of a sweat. Naturally, this helps when he's employing clones, and such since he's also able to give those different appearances...and he can even turn into the appearance of different people that currently exist.
Consumption of Ghosts & Ability Inheritance: He Xuan is able to consume ghosts and take from them their abilities. This is exemplified by when he utilizes the skill of Reverend of Empty Words, for example. The power of which can even plant curses over someone regarding misfortune that then come true in some manner if someone believes in it. Upon the afflicted being emotionally affected by it, he gains some semblance of power from their fearful state of mind, which allows him to manifest the curse into coming true. The curse is strong enough to affect family members and friends as well.
Ghost King: As a ghost king, he is physically more sturdy and durable than a normal human.
Ghost Fish: He Xuan has control over being able to summon his ghost fish to him. Obviously more effective on water, than land...
Teleportation magic: Utilized by an array that is drawn out, which can teleport himself and other people to a different place that has been indicated in the array via certain characters.
General Protection Magic: Strong shielding spells, and telekinetic (moving objects) is possible for him to perform as well.
Inventory: Nothing, unless you count that he is probably nearby his family's ashes, which are in jars.
Likes: Honesty, Cooks, Kindness, Those who are well-traveled/or learned, Durability
Dislikes: Stupidity, Long-Winded Nonsense, Shenaniganary, Most People, Selfishness
Ideal Dates/venues: Somewhere quiet, where conversation can go into a lull; the only noise that can be heard is the sound of the ocean's waves. Somewhere where he can be fed.

⬥ Note: He Xuan will be limited to making a single clone for himself at the start. He may regain the ability to produce more. His immortality will be limited as well, leaving him with the ability to recover from otherwise fatal wounds, but being reduced to ashes or pounded flatter than a pancake will, in fact, kill him. His martial arts abilities may remain as powerful as ever in addition to his water manipulation abilities, but he won't be able to move or manipulate bodies of water any larger than a small lake without regains.
He is free to disguise himself as he pleases, however, his transformations will always be noticeably off in some way: the wrong hair color, height, body weight, squeaky voice, etc. that distinguishes him from the person/animal/object copied. He will not be able to regain the ability to flawlessly copy others.
Consumption of ghosts & ability inheritance will need to be regained. However, he is free to remain sturdier than the average human and can summon his ghostly fish friends at will. Teleportation will be nerfed and cannot be regained. His shielding magic and telekinesis will be available to him in a limited capacity (his shields can protect him from minor to moderate injuries like falls or shallow stab wounds), but at best, he can move small objects of no less than 5 pounds with his telekinesis before regains.
