Canon point: Chapter 3: The Upending of Virtue, specifically after entering the Nation of Sin, but before the attack.

Age: His exact age is unknown, but it's implied he's far older than he appears. In terms of appearance (and general mentality) he seems to be in his early 20s. Specifically 22, for some reason.

Personality:

Vicious is "the Great Transgressor", who is essentially blamed for all the problems in the world... which is almost entirely because he cannot control his powers (and thus does his best not to use all of them). This has given him a warped worldview and a devil may care attitude; Vicious wants to burn down the world and its system of "justice" - but at his core, he longs to be understood and to learn to care for others. Well, when he's not playing up being the worst - he might as well own it, after all! He gets character development eventually, but for now he's generally wary of people and busy entertaining himself, because otherwise he's just going to be hunted down for whatever they want to blame him for now, so he may as well have some fun first!

Powers:

Vicious has two forms, his "human" form and his Great Transgressor form. In human form, Vicious is capable of using his Blood Sin to draw twin pistols which he can use to fight. He primarily spends his time flipping about while shooting a ridiculous number of times (said guns are a part of him, so they don't use actual bullets). Aside from this, he's shown to have a few above-human capabilities, such as enhanced stamina.

The real changes come in the Great Transgressor form. Aside from looking different, this form essentially completely changes Vicious. He loses control of himself and is reduced to only caring about the destruction of everything around him - and can very easily cause said destruction. He creates black flames that consume life; they'll leave buildings intact but will kill anyone they burn for too long. This form also comes with a different fighting style - Vicious' Blood Sin manifests as a scythe and his strikes are much stronger, though he does still do a lot of flipping about. While he does learn to control and manifest this form at will to fight, he hasn't reached that canon point yet.

Since he isn't human, some of the Great Transgressor's abilities carry over even in Vicious' human-looking form. He can take a lot of damage and heal it off fairly quickly - this enhanced regeneration allows him to recover from being stabbed in the heart within the span of a night, though it does knock him out entirely to heal that much. It's worth noting that this attack probably didn't kill him, but was rather just a grave wound he recovered from. Another innate ability is to draw out the power of another person's Blood Sin - but this can only be accomplished through use of his world's mechanics concerning those marked with the Stain of Guilt. He can utilize his own Blood Sin to draw forth his weapons - as mentioned above, they're a part of him and don't require bullets or other ammunition. In general terms, Vicious is around as powerful as your typical Tales character; he's a bit stronger than your average fighter, but not so strong as to be able to decimate buildings or anything like that. His Great Transgressor form is much stronger, but even then he's not game-breaking levels of powerful.

Obviously all of this will be nerfed at the start, but I wanted to be thorough! I'm perfectly fine with any nerfs for any abilities he regains in the future.

Inventory: Literally just the clothes on his back.

Likes: Hopeful, kind, outgoing, determination, bravery, unflinching, spontaneous, fun.

Dislikes: Sanctimonious, haughtiness, duplicity, cowardly, avoidant.

Ideal dates/venues: He's never actually been on a date... but sparring, wandering aimlessly, or getting (him) a drink could be fun!

Partner: Random!

Farm Style: Slight preference for beach, but I'm good with whatever!
