History: here you go
Personality: Enigmatic, elusive and erratic, Yelan is everyone and no one at the same time. Essentially a non-entity personnel of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, she works in the shadows under Ningguang as her intelligence officer, feeding the Tianquan valuable information on how to protect Liyue while placing herself in constant danger by negotiating with enemies, going undercover and spying and stirring chaos behind a watery screen—her craving for danger and thrill her deadliest vice so to speak. She can become anyone she wants to be, even gamble the stakes of a perilous game, if it means achieving a satisfying journey and a victorious end. Of course, on her off-days, she likes to take the erratic way of living as opposed to her methodical dealings: taking naps, reading, eating spicy dishes—whichever brings her the most excitement after rolling the dice.
CRAU: n/a
Powers: Yelan possesses a Hydro vision, which allows her to manipulate it into strings to entangle and mark opponents during battle. These strings also explode at her will, dealing Hydro damage to enemies. She can also summon a coordinated attack with her vision during her elemental burst, firing several shots of Hydro arrows at an enemy on top of her normal attack. She's also a master of disguise, often using her own vision to cloak herself when moving through terrain and making sure she's invisible to catch enemies off-guard.

Likes: someone useful, methodical, intelligent, fearless, a person who will allow her her freedom and a carefree life but also someone who will take risks and won't back out of a fight or a gamble, someone who can challenge her head on
Dislikes: being woken up from her nap, dealing with timid people, sweets
Ideal dates/venues: it swings between naptime, eating spicy dishes or going on a dangerous adventure. The more dangerous the mission, the more she can get that adrenaline high, the better.

⬥ Note: Yelan will be able to use her Hydro vision to run quicker (via Elemental Skill), and she will be able to maintain basic water manipulation. Furthermore, every step she takes while invisible will sound like a rubber chicken being squeezed. Otherwise, all of her other abilities will need to be purchased through the bonus AC mechanic.
