Age: he’s not sure himself, but he’s a young working adult of drinking age, so probably ~25
History: wiki here
Personality:
With no memories about his life before the Union’s experimentation, M-21 is a reserved person who expects the worst from others and has frequently seen just that. But precisely because of that background he’s also more than a little bit of a bleeding heart. M-21 is relentlessly loyal and forms attachments quickly: to his fellow experimentation subjects, to Rai and Frankenstein who gave him a home, to the children whose safety is his responsibility, even to defeated opponents he thinks can be redeemed. Though he generally remains aloof even with friends–and has a sardonic streak and a genius for provocation that manifests with enemies–M-21 is constantly showing his care for others in little gestures. His lost memories mean that every good thing in the world is a new experience for him, and he savors those small joys with a quiet and intense appreciation.

Powers:
-Sort-of werewolf: Even in human form M-21 is supernaturally fast and strong, and has an unreasonable amount of endurance. About at the level of "fights in this canon destroy buildings" kind of tier.
-Accelerated healing: he’s not Wolverine, but he heals relatively quickly. A broken bone might take him a matter of days depending on the severity.
-Transformation: He can turn increasingly fuzzy in increments. This has two main varieties: claws only (with which he is oddly good at shredding clothing), and more furry. He can’t turn into a full wolf, though.
-Mind-control resistance: He has some amount of practice with, and resistance to, vampiric mind control from average-level opponents.
Inventory: The suit on his back and one very useless cell phone.

Dislikes: arrogance, pushy or controlling people, flattery, people who feel fragile to him
Ideal dates/venues: M-21 enjoys things that are quiet and low-key. Staying in and cooking for a partner, watching something together, or stargazing would be his idea of a good time. But he's also very susceptible to getting pulled into someone else's hobbies, and he'd warm up readily to seeing something his date was passionate about; outdoorsy and physical activities a plus, but he's a veteran of terrible board games as well. He's not well-suited for stuffy or formal occasions.
