⬥ Note: As with the other wizards, they've all been kneecapped by their weak resident Goddess' lack of magical energy. She'll get stronger, but you better get on her good side if you want to regain full access to your magic, Murr!

His magic is considerably weakened across the board, but he may retain full control over his ability to read the memories of inanimate objects. He may continue to make fireworks as he likes, but they won't be very large or explosive at the start. Additionally, any magic that relies upon incantations, catalysts or special objects will not be available to him from the start but can be regained.

Eating dead wizards while on Crescentview Island is inadvisable as no magic will be gained from them, only explosive bowels. Finally, unless his broomstick is under a foot in length, it will not remain in his possession.
